The title is tongue-in-cheek, obviously, but the process here is real.
People sometimes ask me how I manage multiple projects at once and in general how I work. I’ve been completely self-employed since 2016 and whilst I definitely don’t have all the answers, I’m much better at honest goal-setting these days. So, I thought I’d outline step-by-step what I did for myself this January. It’s about figuring out what you want to do more of, and figuring out how to do less of everything else. Differentiating between ‘priorities’, ‘goals’, and ‘rules’ is the key for me.
There are six stages to go through and each comes with a series of questions you’re going to have to answer for yourself. I’ve shared my own answers with you, but if you’re doing the process ‘right’, yours will look completely different to mine.
